Chicky Hampshire is a classically trained chef and clinical nutritionist with over 35 years in food, now based in Orange after three decades running her own catering business in Sydney. Through The Chef and Nutritionist, she offers one-on-one nutrition consultations, hands-on cooking classes, corporate wellbeing workshops, and bespoke catering across the Central West, either in person or online. Chicky’s
approach combines evidence-based clinical nutrition with real culinary skill, so eating well becomes something you actually enjoy.

She works with clients navigating menopause, digestion, food intolerances, weight management, and everyday energy — always practical, science-backed and grounded in real food. Her Nourish Through Menopause workshops bring nutrition
and lifestyle strategies to women across regional NSW.
