High Impact Martial Arts and Health Studio, where courage, respect, and honor drive every aspect of our training.
Our full-time center in Orange, NSW offers karate and Muay Thai classes for ages 3 to adults, with a focus on age-specific training. With classes five days a week, a cardio and weight area, and three fully matted training floors, we provide a dynamic and supportive environment for individuals of all skill levels. We cultivate a culture of physical fitness, mental discipline, and a sense of community, guided by our core values of courage, respect, and honour.
