TL Rural is a family owned rural contracting business based between Orange and Bathurst NSW, proudly servicing the wider Central West of NSW. Founded by Tom and Lisa Howarth, the business was built on strong rural values, practical experience and a genuine connection to the land.
Tom brings extensive hands on experience in fencing, livestock handling and farm work, while Lisa manages administration, compliance and client coordination, ensuring every project runs efficiently and professionally. What began as fencing, spraying and livestock support has grown into a diverse rural services operation.
Today, TL Rural offers quality rural fencing, property maintenance, weed management, drone mapping and property planning services tailored to the needs of landholders and rural businesses.
Known for reliability, clear communication and attention to detail, TL Rural is committed to delivering practical solutions backed by integrity and hard work. Proudly community minded, Tom and Lisa are also active volunteers within the NSW Rural Fire Service.
