Our Purpose is to believe in and provide support to all people, connecting them to the dignity and fulfilment made possible through education and meaningful work. To achieve our Purpose, we work with communities leading to employment opportunities with sustainable outcomes.

We are proud to deliver employment and training support to more than 100 communities across New South Wales working within the frameworks of Trauma Informed Practice, Ethical Values and with a commitment to Reconciliation. We collaborate with a diverse range of organisations who share and demonstrate our values, including local sporting teams, arts events, health initiatives as well as various youth and First Nations Australians programs.
